What We Are Looking For: We’re seeking a talented Mid-Level Designer to join our creative team. This role will involve close collaboration with the Marketing and Growth teams to produce high-quality design assets across various formats. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has an excellent design eye, and is skilled at balancing creativity with brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute assets for digital, print, and OOH (Out-of-Home) media, supporting advertising and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of brand identity and campaign materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Adapt and apply brand guidelines consistently across various formats, including web, display ads, OOH, corporate collateral, and event materials.
- Design and develop event collateral, including booth concepts and artwork, ensuring they align with the overall brand and campaign objectives.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, etc.) to deliver engaging and effective visual solutions.
- Manage design files and assets, ensuring they are production-ready and meet quality standards.
- Balance multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while meeting team objectives.
- Ensure all designs adhere to digital best practices and are optimized for various platforms, including digital marketing channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp).
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Who You Are:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with knowledge of Figma or similar tools a plus.
- Solid understanding of print production processes and digital design best practices (e.g., responsive design, UI/UX), and event design (booth setup, signage, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive in staying up-to-date with design trends and industry innovations.
What You Will Need:
- 2-3 years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency or B2B setting.
- Proven experience in producing brand and campaign assets, including pre-production for both print and digital deliverables.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work across multiple mediums, with a focus on brand consistency, campaigns, and event collateral
- Experience in design project management, handling multiple deliverables and ensuring timely completion.
