They are seeking to hire an apt and dynamic candidate who will function as the Operations Head to join their growing team in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to manage and ensure smooth execution of various loans transactions including but not limited to lending products (loan) and ensure efficiency in the execution of all operational processes, accuracy, and following the regulatory guidelines and company policies
• Operations subject matter expert, who is expected to contribute towards product development (especially in the operational aspects), provide inputs into operations processes or system enhancements for operational efficiency, risk and control purpose and to conduct robust investigation
  
• Support the development of the Organization, Business Unit and Operation's strategic plan

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizenship is a prerequisite.
• Preferably Degree holder.
• At least 15-years of relevant in financial services or similar industry
• Deep knowledge of the lending business and hands on experience in Operations
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence using technical data and information to support line of reasoning
• Strong coaching, mentoring and leadership skills to manage a team
• In-depth knowledge of Operations systems to support transaction processing
• Substantial experience in regional operations
  
• Ability to understand mandarin is an added advantage
