Job summary

A healthcare facility in Malaysia is seeking a kitchen staff member to ensure the smooth operation of daily kitchen tasks. The role includes maintaining hygiene and safety standards, preparing food according to set methods, and assisting the Chef De Partie in menu implementation. Candidates should have at least an SPM certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, with experience in the hospital industry being an advantage. Shift work is required, including weekends and public holidays.

Candidate with working experience in hospital industry will be an added advantage. 1 year experience in related industry and knowledge. Working 6 days a week. Willing to work shift including weekend and public holiday.
