Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proper Showroom CI guideline and documentation
  • Conduct regular dealer assessments to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and competitive activities to relay the information to dealers.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders in the dealership network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in dealer management or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive market and dealership operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
