Job summary

Job description
  • Accurately input production data, inventory records, and other relevant information into the ERP/system.
  • Update daily production output and ensure product flow is updated at each process stage.
  • Maintain and update production control reports, schedules, and documentation.
  • Update production flow based on daily production records and reports.
  • Verify product quantities with QC-checked items, product sheets, and approved records.
  • Support packing activities based on approved quantities and standard packing requirements.
  • Organize and maintain production-related files and documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments (CNC, Barrel, Tooling, Press, QC, Packing, and Warehouse) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Communicate production schedules and updates to relevant management.
  • Track production progress and highlight any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
  • Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Ensure all relevant data is scanned in the ERP system before shipment to proceed with invoicing.
  • Handle emails and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Assist in document filing, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative roles. Experience in a manufacturing environmental is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
