This position is for a Data Entry & Administrative Assistant in an intellectual property legal services and consultancy firm. Candidate must be good with details, meticulous, focused, disciplined, able to handle lots of detailed data entry into operating systems, and willing to be part of a growing team. The candidate will handle creation of file records, maintaining deadlines, docketing, invoicing, filing/indexing documents on software management systems, and other general administrative support duties.
