Job summary

A reputable firm located in Johor is looking for a Facilities Process Specialist to oversee the data centre's compliance with ISO accreditation and Health & Safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong project and time management skills, and a technical understanding of IT security. Responsibilities include managing documentation, environmental sustainability, and serving as the key contact for operations, finance, and security matters. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ relevant work experience, Data Centre background preferred.
• Familiar with ISO27001, ISO45001, ISO14001 preferred.
• Familiar with Soc 2 Type 2 an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage ISO accreditation and Information Security Management System.
• Point of contact for Health and Safety across sites.
• Support with environmental sustainability and audits.
• Manage Operations planning for Planned Preventative Maintenance.
