We are seeking a talented Customer Success Specialist - Korean to join our dynamic team at TP Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Penang. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to provide high-quality support to our valued customers.

What you’ll be doing
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in fluent Korean
  • Provide exceptional customer service and find practical solutions to customer issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge
What we’re looking for
  • Fluency in both Korean and English languages, with excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
