Job summary

A leading customer service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves listening to customer needs, providing solutions based on SOPs, and attending to inquiries through various channels. Job description

Compensation:

• Basic RM3,000 and KPI Allowance RM300
• Night/Midnight Shift (RM300/500)
• Work From Home after 3 months’ probation
• Working hours are 9 hours including 1 hour resting time, working days are 5 days per week
