Responsibilities
  • Managing of the customer service counter and exhibiting excellent customer service skills during duty.
  • Greet and assist all mall visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on mall tenants, facilities, services, promotion, and events.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, professionally and empathetically. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant appropriate departments for further investigation and follow-up.
  • Manage the loaning of amenities such as wheelchairs and strollers and handle Lost & Found items.
  • Assist with cases involving lost children or senior citizens.
  • Support mall marketing communication activities, including promotional gift redemptions.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of mall policies, procedures, and tenant information.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service department.
  • Make public announcements and assist during emergency situations, including directing customers to safety as required.
  • Collaborate with all departments (management, operation, TMS, security) in delivering good service to customers.
  • Understand that customers’ pattern in the transportation hub is different from a shopping mall; customers in the hub are always in a rush.
Qualification, Skills & Knowledge
Education Qualifications
  • Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.

  • Basic knowledge of administrative tasks, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office applications.
  • Well‑developed oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Previous experience or relevant skills will be an added advantage.
