JOB OVERVIEW

As a customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling their inquiries, defect reports, and technical issues with professionalism and expertise. Your role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction, providing swift solutions, and contributing to product improvement efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support requests via WhatsApp.
  • Handle daily customer inquiries by providing order status updates, product information, and necessary assistance.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with the technical team for troubleshooting and arrange required stock for repairs or replacements.
  • Accurately prepare delivery orders and ensure timely processing for dispatch.
  • Update and monitor job status daily using the Freshdesk ticketing system to ensure smooth workflow and timely customer updates.
  • Perform general administrative duties and support other tasks as assigned by the manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
