We are looking for a Creative Marketing Strategist who can blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to elevate our brand, drive engagement, and deliver high‑performing campaigns across markets.

What You'll Do
Creative & Strategic Planning
  • Develop creative marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Translate insights and trends into clear campaign concepts and creative angles.
  • Use storytelling to enhance messaging across channels.
Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, and more.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce strong content: scripts, visuals, landing pages, and social assets.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
Performance & Insights
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data‑driven insights (CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, retention).
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
  • Present learnings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and confidently.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Business teams to align marketing with key goals.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, calendars, and stakeholders across multiple initiatives.
  • Support GTM strategies for new features and product launches.
Creative Production Leadership
  • Oversee end‑to‑end content creation workflows.
  • Provide direction to designers, writers, videographers, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Ensure all assets are delivered on time, on brand, and at a high creative standard.

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing: Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, SEO.
  • Experience executing campaigns or producing creative content.
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Based in Malaysia and open to hybrid work.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in tech, fintech, e‑commerce, or high‑growth startups.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.
  • Basic creative skills (copywriting, scripting, visual briefing) or experience with influencers/creators.
  • Experience mentoring juniors or leading small creative projects.
