Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Costing Executive to oversee sales order management, maintain customer quotations, and coordinate invoicing. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering, with at least one year of experience in costing or commercial roles. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential. This position is based in Senai, Johor, with an attractive salary range of RM4,500 to RM6,500.

Costing Executive (Up to RM6.5k / Manufacturing / Senai)

Working Days/Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm

Salary Range: RM4,500 – RM6,500

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and manage sales orders, ensuring alignment with forecasts and purchase orders.

Track, update, and maintain customer quotations and claims.

Coordinate with customers and the finance team on invoicing and payment matters.

Track tooling parameters and engineering change orders to ensure accurate cost accounting.

Handle commercial discussions, including cost buyoff, tooling, NRE, and product cost negotiations.

Conduct cost impact analyses and prepare detailed reports for management review.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in costing, sales support, or commercial roles.

Proficient in Mandarin for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
