Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

• Drive membership sales through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct tours of the club to potential members, showcasing our facilities and programs.
• Utilize sales techniques to convert prospects into members.
• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to generate leads.

Customer Service:

• Build strong relationships with potential and existing members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Assist in organizing community events and member engagement activities.
