• Draft and review Sale and Purchase Agreements.
• Liaise with clients and authorities for transaction compliance.
• Attend signing appointments to explain legal documents.

• Liaise with clients, bankers, and government authorities to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions.
• Monitor deadlines, file progress, and ensure compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
• Attend signing appointments and explain legal documents to clients.
• Provide legal advice on conveyancing‑related matters when required.

Qualifications and Requirements
