Responsibilities

  • Handle Subsale & Project Development cases, including the preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation.
  • Manage Perfection of Transfer and Charge processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Prepare documentation for Discharge of Charge and Deed of Receipt and Reassignment.
  • Assist in drafting and preparing cause papers for probate and administration matters.
  • Provide support in estate planning and related documentation.
  • Correspond, attend, and communicate with clients, bankers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain professional and efficient communication to uphold client satisfaction.
  • Perform other tasks or legal work assigned by solicitors.
  • Ensure all documentation and filings comply with legal standards.
