As a Construction Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of large‑scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team, manage client relationships, and drive projects from conception to completion.

What you'll be doing?
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and submit budget estimates, monitor costs, and manage financial aspects of contracts.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and ensure all contractual agreements are met.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison, maintaining contact with owners, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate project activities.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior project managers and construction staff to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Quality and Safety: Develop and implement quality control programs and ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Procurement: Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, and ensure all necessary resources are available.
Who are they looking for?
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience, often 10+ years, in construction project management, with a proven track record of managing large‑scale and complex projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, processes, and legal regulations. Ability to read, interpret, and explain blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, team management, and problem‑solving abilities. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, time‑management, and analytical skills.
