A consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated individual to manage document control processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized system for archiving documents and standardizing workpapers. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Governace Advisory & Solutions – Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur
1. Responsible for standardizing and ensuring all documents and workpapers including creation, distribution and maintenance of pertinent standard forms.
2. Responsible to monitor implementation and maintain procedure for control of all engagement documentation
3. Responsible for developing and maintaining document control system to comply with relevant standards applicable for the company.
4. Maintain an organized system for archiving documents upon project completion, ensuring that documents are stored securely and can be retrieved as needed for future reference.
5. Any other tasks that the Company shall assign from time to time.
6. Knowledge of ISO will be added advantage.
