Job description

Governace Advisory & Solutions – Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

1. Responsible for standardizing and ensuring all documents and workpapers including creation, distribution and maintenance of pertinent standard forms.

2. Responsible to monitor implementation and maintain procedure for control of all engagement documentation

3. Responsible for developing and maintaining document control system to comply with relevant standards applicable for the company.

4. Maintain an organized system for archiving documents upon project completion, ensuring that documents are stored securely and can be retrieved as needed for future reference.

5. Any other tasks that the Company shall assign from time to time.

6. Knowledge of ISO will be added advantage.

Requirements
  • Candidates possess at least a Diploma
  • Must be discipline, independent and committed to work in tight deadline with minimum supervision
  • Be proactive, resourceful, innovative and have an eye for detail
  • Possess good analytical mind with good writing and presentation skills
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with all level of staff and client
  • Must be a team player and able to work independently and deliver under a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point applications
