Professional Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualified Professional: Must be a member of a recognized professional body (e.g., MAICSA, MIA, MACS, or LS) or possess a valid License issued by the SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia).

  • Education: A Degree in Law, Business Administration, ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators), or a related discipline.

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice (experience in a secretarial firm/service provider environment is highly preferred).

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulatory requirements in Malaysia.

Technical Skills
  • Compliance Mastery: Proven experience in handling the full cycle of Incorporation, maintaining statutory records, and managing Annual Returns.

  • MBRS Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with the Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS) for financial and non‑financial filings.

  • Documentation: Exceptional skills in drafting precise Directors’ and Shareholders’ Resolutions, as well as minutes for AGMs and EGMs.

  • Software Literacy: Proficiency in corporate secretarial software (e.g., Viewpoint, Boardroom, or similar) and MS Office Suite.

Soft Skills & Competencies
  • Communication: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) to effectively consult with potential customers and stakeholders.

  • Meticulousness: High level of attention to detail regarding statutory deadlines and record‑keeping to ensure zero non‑compliance.

  • Client Management: Ability to act as a professional liaison between the company, its clients, and regulatory authorities.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple portfolios and meet strict statutory filing deadlines.
