The Community & Event Executive is responsible for strengthening WORQ’s community ecosystem by delivering exceptional member experiences, developing strategic partnerships and supporting a dynamic calendar of events. You will oversee onboarding and offboarding, manage community collaterals and drive member engagement programs. In addition, you will support event operations and revenue through booking management, logistics coordination and performance analysis. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong initiative and the ability to build positive relationships in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Job responsibilities

To inclusively build and grow WORQ’s member community by creating a productive and supportive culture that encourages members and partners to share opportunities and resources.

To manage the end-to-end member lifecycle, including seamless onboarding & orientation, collecting testimonials and executing a professional offboarding process.

To manage all in-outlet community collaterals, including wayfinding, digital displays, and member merchandise, ensuring a consistent and professional brand experience at all times.

To develop synergistic partnerships with key stakeholders, including tech, start-up, HR and real estate ecosystem partners, government agencies, trade and industry associations and WORQ’s community members.

To develop and manage the Members' Perks & Privileges Program, securing and maintaining partnerships that deliver tangible value to members.

To collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop lead-generation partnerships and community-driven brand initiatives.

To assist in logistical and operational planning for all events at WORQ or external venues (seminars, workshops, experiential lounges, popup booths, etc.) for both internal and external communities.

Drive event hall utilisation and support event revenue targets by managing the booking system efficiently and identifying upselling or strategic partnership opportunities.

To administer feedback and data collation for all events to analyse and identify areas for service improvement.

To perform other additional tasks as assigned.

Job requirements

Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related fields.

Candidates with relevant experiences in community building, events or partnerships may be considered regardless of formal qualifications.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and listening skills.

Self-starter with strong drive and ownership to achieve goals.

Strong command of spoken and written English.

Ability to work well with people and build positive relationships in a community setting.

Professional, reliable and able to manage responsibilities independently.
