Job Responsibilities

• Experience in dealing with customers by telephone.

• Responsible for calling customers and collect/remind the payment for overdue bills.
• To achieve individual and group targets.
• Persuade, negotiate, and work with customers to make workable repayment arrangements.
• Ensure the accounts are worked and followed up thoroughly and promptly.
• Working hours Monday to Friday 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM & Saturday 9.00 am - 1.00 pm.
