Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Johor Bahru is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC machines and ensure production quality. Candidates should possess a minimum of SPM/SPVM or a Technical Certificate, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in CNC Lathe programming (Fanuc & Mazatrol) and the ability to interpret mechanical documents and engineering drawings. This role emphasizes attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/SPVM or Technical Certificate qualification.
• 3 years of working experience as a CNC Machine Operator.

Job description

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines (drilling, milling, grinding)

Read and interpret engineering drawings

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed

Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance

Record production and quality data

Ensure parts meet quality and client requirements

Report and communicate production or logistics issues

Conduct regular machine inspections and assessments

Support production timeline and delivery targets

Perform other duties assigned by management as needed
