Join our dynamic team at PadelKu as a full-time Club Assistant. You will be responsible for providing exceptional front office and guest services to ensure our members and visitors have a wonderful experience at our premier sports club located in Taman Megah, PJ.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming members and guests to the club in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and managing bookings and reservations
• Answering inquiries and providing information about the club's facilities, services, and upcoming events
• Assisting with the coordination and organisation of club activities and events
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the club's public areas
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive overall experience for all club members and guests

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or guest relations role, preferably within the hospitality or sports/leisure industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people from all backgrounds
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively
• A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
