A tech solutions company based in Malaysia seeks an IT Specialist to install and configure hardware, software, systems, and networks. Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a Degree holder, preferably in IT or related field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu is essential.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
• Preferably have a minimum of 2 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
• Provide client support and resolve technical issues.
• Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
• Train clients in the use of systems and applications.
• Follow up with customers to ensure problems are resolved.
• Provide product and system-wide knowledge.
• Propose solutions and prepare proposals.
• Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
