Job Description

Clean, restock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation etc.

Trim and clear excess grass surrounding the building.

Conduct and record routine inspections and maintenance tasks.

Empty and clean waste bins, ensuring proper disposal of rubbish.

Report any damages, deficiencies, or repair needs to management.

Perform minor adjustments and small repairs when necessary.

Organize, stock, and manage cleaning supplies and storage areas.

Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
