Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Civil & Structural Design Engineer to join our team. This full-time position is based in USJ 9 Subang Jaya, Selangor, and will involve providing expertise in civil and structural engineering to support our clients' projects.

What you'll be doing

Designing and overseeing the design of buildings, roads, and other infrastructure projects

Preparing detailed engineering plans and reports

Collaborating with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Staying up-to-date with the latest engineering regulations, technologies, and best practices

Supporting junior engineers and drafting staff within the team

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the C & S consulting industry

Excellent technical skills in areas such as civil & structural design, particularly well verse in use of engineering software such as Esteem, STAAD Pro, Infra Vera etc

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders

Registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or a relevant professional body
