Nanda ventures' is seeking a talented Chef Floor to join our dynamic team in our restaurant located in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. As our Chef Floor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and service. This is a full‑time position that will see you working alongside a passionate team of culinary professionals.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and oversee the kitchen staff, including chefs, line cooks, and food preparation personnel
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen workflows to ensure timely and consistent food delivery
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Monitor food inventory and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our customers
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
  • Continuously explore new culinary trends and techniques to enhance our menu offerings
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a kitchen staff
  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and kitchen operations
  • Demonstrated creativity in menu development and the ability to adapt recipes to customer preferences
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high‑pressure environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with front‑of‑house staff and customers
  • Passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
