Overview

This position involves handling sub-sale, loan, and other conveyancing files under the supervision of senior lawyers from the initial stage until completion. The role includes preparing and attending legal documents related to conveyancing and loan documentation, liaising with clients, bankers, developers, and government authorities, and attending to clients, correspondences, and status reports. The responsibilities also cover conducting legal research, drafting, and other tasks in connection with conveyancing and related legal matters, and performing any other duties assigned by the firm to gain full practical exposure.
