Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance, inspection, and repair work according to Chery’s service standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and perform corrective actions.
• Handle preventive maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting for passenger vehicles.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure vehicles are repaired to safety and performance standards.
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good condition and ensure workplace safety compliance.
• Support service advisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Record repair details and parts used in the service system accurately.

Requirements

• SKM Level 3 / Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive maintenance or repair.
• Strong knowledge in vehicle mechanical systems (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, etc.) and basic electrical diagnosis.
• Experience in servicing multi-brand or passenger vehicles is an advantage.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid driving license (D-class).
