Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in medical/underwriting/Claims field.
• Knowledge on medical conditions and medical insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-underwriting assessments on applications for memberships and policy changes.
• Handle incoming emails and prepare underwriting letters to customers.
• Prepare audit checking reports for the clients’ HK underwriting team.
