Position Overview: Project Specification Manager

We are looking for a proactive and driven Project Specification Manager to spearhead specification-driven sales and business development across Southern Malaysia and Singapore. Based in JB, you will work closely with end-users, architects, consultants, and developers to grow RZB’s presence and deliver cutting-edge lighting solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive specification-based sales by targeting key stakeholders including developers, architects, M&E consultants, lighting planners, ID designers, and specifiers.
• Develop and execute tailored sales and communication strategies for different sales channels.
• Generate new project leads and work through all phases: proposal writing, estimating, deal closing, and warranty support.
• Coordinate internally with logistics, design, supply chain, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, project status, customer feedback, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project sales, particularly in consultancy or solution-based selling (lighting industry preferred).
• Experience with architectural products for interior, exterior, landscape, or façade lighting is an added advantage.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken; Mandarin is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter, results-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general digital tools.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident status required.
