We are currently recruiting for Business Development professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute the master expansion roadmap, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of store openings across diverse territories.
  • Utilize commercial judgment and local market data to accurately forecast store sales potential before committing to a lease.
  • Identify, scout, and secure high-potential shop lots and retail spaces, navigating the nuances of street-level leasing.
  • Make definitive "Go / No-Go" recommendations on site viability, standing by decisions with commercial logic and data-informed insights.
  • Drive the rollout process aggressively to meet ambitious store-count targets without sacrificing site quality.
Required Qualification & Skills
  • Has 8 to 10 years of proven experience in Retail Business Development or Leasing.
  • Proven track record of opening 50+ stores within a chain retail environment.
  • Extensive experience in aggressive chain retailers, franchise expansion teams, or convenience HQs.
  • Able to quickly differentiate a "good site" from a "bad site" even when information is limited or fragmented. Uses data to validate instincts and refine site-selection models.
  • Deep expertise in shop lot leasing, including legalities, local zoning, and landlord negotiations.
  • Strong ability to estimate ROI and sales potential based on site characteristics, demographics, and competitive density.
  • Possess strong market intuition and thrive in the field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understands the trade-offs between rent costs and revenue potential.
  • Confident making high-impact recommendations and is able to stand by decisions under scrutiny.
