This employer is a well-established company in the healthcare industry, currently expanding its logistics and supply chain services across Southeast Asia. This newly formed business unit focuses on providing end-to-end logistics and warehousing solutions for healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, laboratory and related industries.

About the Job

This role is sales-hunting role which responsible for sourcing and developing healthcare-sector customers and converting them into long-term logistics clients. You will identify opportunities within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, and laboratory companies, understand their supply chain challenges, and propose tailored warehousing, distribution, and logistics solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and acquire new customers within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, and laboratory sectors
  • Engage decision-makers to understand logistics, warehousing, and distribution requirements
  • Design and propose customized logistics and warehouse solutions in collaboration with internal operations teams
  • Drive the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposals, pricing, contract negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and account growth
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends
  • Work closely with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • Min 5-8 years of experience in business development/sales experience within the 3PL/4PL logistics industry
  • Proven track record in selling logistics and warehousing solutions to healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or laboratory clients
  • Strong understanding of healthcare logistics requirements (eg. Temperature control, compliance, traceability, regulatory standards)
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable in a hunter/new business role
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.
