A leading financial institution in Malaysia, Selangor, is seeking a candidate to manage the sales team and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include retaining existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating collection activities. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the relevant industry are preferred, while fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Achieve sales budgeted premium and manage the sales team.
Responsible in retaining existing client, develop new business and ensure growth production in line with company's requirement.
Assist to manage the sales team.
Assist to achieve set production target & targeted profitability.
Assist in developing and coordinate expansion plan for growth from group source.
In charge of coordinating collection activities to ensure outstanding premium is within manageable level.
Service all existing SME customers parked at the branch
Cross sell all Bank/Group products
Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and / or existing PLM portfolio.
Grow SME portfolio and asset through Program Lending
Cross selling of the Bank and Group products and services
Grow SME deposits.
Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.
Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold
Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant industry.
