Key Responsibilities:1. Project Execution, Compliance & Control
- Manage and oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and specific customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for performance evaluation.
Strategic Planning & Resource Management
- Develop and implement strategic project plans to optimise processes, efficiency, and project outcomes.
- Coordinate project resources and lead cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and effective project flow.
- Analyse project data to generate insights for management decision-making and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management & Strategic Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, responding to requests and complaints promptly and accurately.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and milestones clearly to both stakeholders and top management.
- Participate in exhibitions and commercial initiatives in Japan to promote company services and gather market intelligence.
- Support strategic initiatives by collecting and reporting relevant market intelligence (eg, market share, pricing, competitors) from the Japanese market.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested from time-to-time.
