Overview

Achieve sales targets and fulfill customer satisfaction, consistently meeting established KPIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Expand and acquire new customers to strengthen the company portfolio while retaining and growing existing accounts through deep selling. Act as the primary liaison for clients on all business-related matters, including requirements, issues and concerns — ensuring timely communication and resolution. Collaborate closely with internal departments to fulfill client needs and deliver optimal service outcomes. Manage relationship building with principals/partners to drive deal collaboration and enhance business rapport. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs, identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and support strategic decision-making. Any other sales related requirements that arise from time to time.
