Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support our hospital’s management team in driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will analyze market trends, optimize pricing strategies, and identify new business opportunities. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Forecasting & Planning: Analyze historical hospital data to model demand for new and existing services. Assist senior management in preparing departmental budgets and revenue projections.
  • Competitive Pricing Strategy: Conduct market research on competitor pricing and service offerings. Recommend competitive and profitable pricing structures for hospital treatments and packages.
  • Quality & Performance Reporting: Compile and analyze operational data to generate reports on service quality and patient satisfaction. Identify trends and propose improvements to enhance the patient experience.
  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with insurance providers, corporations, and medical institutions. Prepare business cases and proposals to secure new revenue streams.
  • Marketing Strategy Support: Use data insights to guide the marketing team, ensuring campaigns are targeted effectively to maximize ROI.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
