Key Responsibilities
  • Source, identify, and acquire new clients independently
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with SME clients, including property managers, landlords, and operators
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth handover
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable sourcing own leads and performing cold outreach
