OVERVIEW

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst specialising in Learning Management Systems (LMS), you will gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and guide end‑to‑end delivery of Moodle‑based e‑learning solutions. You will work closely with clients, developers, QA and trainers to ensure on‑time, on‑scope and high‑quality implementations, helping us deliver exceptional lending and recovery software solutions to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Master the JurisTech Designer Studio (low code/ no code proprietary framework) and be a subject matter expert for end‑to‑end delivery of Moodle‑based e‑learning solutions for financial training courses whilst guiding banking users to achieve optimum efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders by facilitating discovery sessions (UR) to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into workflow diagrams, with detailed functional and technical specifications for system design and development.
• Collaborate with developers on Moodle configuration, plugin selection/ customisation, UI theming and system integration.
• Configure JurisTech’s software on a non‑programming level according to the captured requirements of the banks (SQL skill trainings shall be provided).
• Facilitate and execute testing sessions (UAT) and work alongside programmers for rapid and full resolution of UAT defects.
• Develop, design, test, resolve bugs and defects to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Report tests, test coverage and document test results during execution.
• Support the development and delivery of user training and support materials to facilitate smooth system adoption.
• High performers shall be groomed on the JurisTech methods of project management processes and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree or Diploma in FinTech/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 1 end‑to‑end delivery cycle experience for Moodle‑based learning management as a Business Analyst/ System Analyst.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in Structure Query Language (SQL), PHP, PL/SQL or possess knowledge in the financial loans processing and credit management is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent command of English.
• Basic experience with system design, development and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
