A healthcare organization based in Subang Jaya is looking for a candidate for Business Process and System Process Analysis. Responsibilities include understanding business processes, evolving system requirements, and user training. The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Accounting, 2-3 years of experience with ERP Financial and SCM Modules, and excellent communication skills. Must be willing to travel frequently. This role demands a high standard of ethics and quality commitment.
Understand the business policies / processes and map the same as system requirement for both Finance and SCM modules
Evolution of a good; user friendly system for end user usage
Evolve system requirements for newer Accounting Standards, SCM Standards and statutes in force
Evolve system requirements with adequate internal controls
Evolve system requirements with adequate audit trails
Analyses and appraises adherences to organizational policies, procedures and standards to ensure effectiveness of departments.
Ensures that prompt, courteous, efficient and personalized service is provided to all customers, in order to maximize satisfaction.
Ensures relevant statutory requirements and norms are met so as to achieve efficiency of business operations.
Updates himself/herself with the latest trends and developments in the industry.
Ensures effective implementation of code of conduct and standards of the hospital.
Travel to other branches may be required, including short or long-term stays for those involved in the project.
