This role is crucial for providing essential support for the day‑to‑day business operations across our diverse real estate assets, ensuring efficiency and professional communication with all internal and external parties.
Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder and Tenant Liaison

Tenant Relations: Act as a primary administrative point of contact for commercial, residential, and industrial tenants, addressing administrative queries, coordinating maintenance requests, and managing correspondence.

Stakeholder Communication: Assist in the preparation and distribution of communications to external stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Corporate Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, ensuring all inquiries are directed to the correct department within the Real Estate segment.

Administrative and Operational Support

Administrative Arrangements: Coordinate and manage the administrative arrangements for the real estate team, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel logistics, and preparing necessary documentation.

Document Management: Maintain organized and secure electronic and physical filing systems for contracts, leases, vendor agreements, and corporate records.

Financial Administration: Assist with basic financial and invoicing documentation, including expense reports and processing minor supplier invoices related to property management.

Reporting: Compile and format reports, presentations, and internal memos as required by the Managing Director and departmental heads.

Corporate Matters: Assist in the preparation and submission of documents related to corporate governance, legal filings, and property compliance requirements.

Policy Adherence: Ensure all administrative processes within the real estate sector adhere to company policies and relevant Malaysian regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience: Previous experience (internship or full time) in an administrative role, preferably within the property development or real estate industry, is highly desirable.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Sheets), and usage of AI applications like GEMINI and OPENAI is mandatory.
