Job description

You are required to assist the Property Maintenance Executive in maintaining and operating building facilities and services, including performing repair works, attending to complaints, and supporting property maintenance operations.

What do we need you to do?

• Assist the Property Maintenance Executive in maintaining and operating building facilities and services, including performing repair works, attending to complaints, and supporting property maintenance operations.
• Check and do general repair and maintenance works as and when necessary.
• Responsible for building architectural and services which includes Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Systems to always keep the property in good condition.
• Oversee and supervise all vendors and/or contractors services/works.
• Oversee and supervise the operations of carpark system, CCTV system, security service, cleaning service, waste disposal service, landscape service etc.
• Monitor all electricity and water meters reading daily.
• Attend to tenant and/or visitor complaints to solve.
• Support repair and maintenance works of Daiman Group's properties.
• Assist and support the duties of Property Maintenance Executive.
• Carry out any instruction from Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Professional Certificate/Diploma in Engineering (Architectural, Civil & Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical) or any equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as in a relevant field.
• Able to work independently.
• Good coordination and monitoring skills.
• Able to work on shift hours.
