Job summary

A property management company in Cyberjaya seeks a maintenance staff member responsible for inspecting common areas and handling tenant complaints. Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection on all the common area facilities and lighting on a periodic basis.
• Attend to owner’s/tenant’s complaint regarding maintenance issues.
• Assist building executive in the operation and maintenance of the M&E equipments.
• Liase with appointed contractors for repair and maintenance works.
• Complete new installations of M&E equipment as efficiently as possible to minimize disruption of service.
• Ensure all M&E tools and equipment is in order and kept in a safe place.
