About the Employer

An international cosmetics company that aims to provide global consumers with high quality products. Presence in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and many other countries

  • Salary : RM 7000 - RM 8500+

Responsibility

  • Formulate the monthly IMC plan for the brand, organize the planning and implementation of online and offline marketing activities, and ensure the brand effect and user conversion effect of the event;
  • Innovative communication solutions to explore more marketing ideas, new channels and marketing events with communication attributes;
  • Responsible for the management, personnel training and daily work review of KOL, social media, design, media buy and other team work in the brand department, to ensure the punctuality and quality of the monthly marketing plan;
  • Responsible for external communication and maintenance of cooperative relations, establish good relations with news media, industry friends, etc., and promote brand cooperation;
  • Maintain communication with online and offline sales teams to ensure online and offline understanding and cooperation of marketing plans;

Requirements:

  • Marketing and management related background, FMCG industry is preferred, and media background is preferred;
  • At least 6 years of brand strategy and marketing experience, with team management experience;
  • Excellent brand management and resource integration ability, excellent project coordination ability; strong logical analysis and insight; data analysis ability; certain writing skills;
  • Positive working attitude, take the initiative to find and solve problems
