Brand Marketing Executive – Food Service Business Department
The Brand Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing effective brand and marketing strategies to drive business growth for the Food Service Business, with a focus on the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant & Catering) segment.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in the food industry, preferably with seasoning or ingredient-based products, and possess strong analytical, statistical, and event management skills. This position requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively across departments and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic brand and marketing plans to strengthen Ajinomoto’s position in the Food Service and HORECA markets.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis, including competitor benchmarking, sales performance tracking, and consumer trend evaluation.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns, trade activities, and culinary events to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, R&D, Culinary, Production, and Corporate & Business Communication departments—to ensure marketing activities are well aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including distributors, chefs, and key HORECA partners.
- Prepare, monitor, and evaluate marketing budgets, campaign reports, and ROI analyses to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Support product innovation initiatives through market insight, customer feedback, and performance data.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all communication materials, platforms, and activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Food Service, or Food Industry (preferably in seasoning or ingredient categories).
- Proven experience in dealing with HORECA channels (Hotel, Restaurant & Catering) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage various levels of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning, culinary promotions, and trade marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant marketing analytical tools.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
