Job summary

A leading consumer products company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a marketing professional to develop brand strategies and oversee digital initiatives. The role involves conducting market surveys to identify trends, managing public relations activities, and monitoring marketing expenditures. Candidates should have a diploma in Marketing or Business Administration and a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate must be skilled in communication, teamwork, and be self-motivated.

Job description

Develop & implement brand strategies to enhance brand performance & drive growth

Conduct thorough market survey to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activities,consistently obtain updates, and understand market dynamics.

Oversee digital initiatives including social media, online advertising & etc to promote products and engage with target audiences.

Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of all campaigns.

Coordinate public relation activities including the development and management of company’s internal and external events such as exhibitions, road shows and product launches.

To monitor and control marketing & media spending within budget.

Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent

Min 1-2 year of brand marketing experience in consumer products industry, preferably FMCG.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and a team player

Possess own transport

Good command of English & Bahasa in written & verbal
