Applicant will be responsible for the Wellness and Regenerative Medicine division, ACT Health of Aglow Medical Group.

Job Summary
- Clinic Operations Oversight Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow and adherence to company standards and SOPs.
- Sales Performance & Target Achievement Drive personal and team sales performance by monitoring daily KPIs, implementing sales strategies and ensuring the achievement of branch revenue targets.
- Team Leadership & People Management Lead, coach and support consultants, therapists and clinical colleagues to ensure high morale, productivity and a collaborative team culture.
- Client Experience & Service Quality Ensure delivery of exceptional client service throughout the customer journey; resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Staff Scheduling & Workflow Management Coordinate staff rosters, appointment bookings and treatment schedules to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
- Training & Performance Development Support continuous team learning through on-the-job coaching, role-plays, performance reviews and guidance on sales and service excellence.
- Marketing & Campaign Execution Work closely with HQ to implement and localize marketing promotions, launches and seasonal campaigns within the clinic.
- Inventory & Stock Management Monitor treatment and stock levels, ensuring FIFO and minimize wastage through effective inventory controls.
- Compliance & Hygiene Standards Ensure the clinic compiles with regulatory, health and safety standards, including hygiene protocols and documentation practices.
- Reporting & Communication Submit timely reports on clinic performance, staff matters, and operational challenges to the Area Manager or HQ for alignment and support.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a wellness and healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Passionate about the wellness and healthcare industry, with knowledge of current trends and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to handle both clients and team members professionally.
- Competent in using clinic management systems and basic sales or performance reporting tools.
- Flexible, proactive and solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with Mandarin proficiency are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
