• Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or higher.
• Experience in the retail or sports sales field is an advantage.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills required.
• Must have own transportation for work.
• Interest in sports, especially racket sports like Pickleball.
• Friendly and confident communication with customers.
• Responsible, proactive, and sales-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers and close sales professionally.
• Recommend appropriate pickleball gear based on customer needs.
• Maintain in-store cleanliness and attractive product displays.
• Handle daily sales transactions and stock reporting.
• Learn and confidently explain product features to customers.
• Support online customer inquiries or social media sales if required.
• Report sales performance and feedback to management.
