A recruitment agency is seeking a Branch Admin in Kuala Lumpur to manage candidate details and perform essential tasks.   • Verify that all documents in Personal-file are saved as per checklist.

Job description

As Branch Admin mainly to input and set up candidate details in our system. Meanwhile, to handle tasks in specific as below.

Main responsibilities:

Data entry: Accurately input information into the system on daily basis.

LHDN Stamping: Involve in LHDN stamping process from registration to downloading the stamp certificate in the system and personal file.

Audit checks: Conduct daily audit check to ensure the completeness and compliance of all documents.

Documentation accuracy: Ensure all documentations are accurate and meet daily quality standards.

Personal-File management: Verify that all documents in Personal-file are saved as per checklist in respective folder.

Form submissions: Responsible for submitting forms / declaration to the respective departments in a timely manner.

Ad Hoc assignments: Take on any additional tasks or assignments as needed by the team or department.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma qualification in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiar with LHDN stamping would be advantages.

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and efficiency

Basic understanding of filing systems and document management

Able to follow processes and meet daily quality and compliance standards

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable with admin and clerical work in a fast-paced environment

Responsible and reliable with a proactive attitude
