Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle and attend customers’ cars brought to the workshop for accident claims.
• Lead the team in overall planning and execution of action plans to achieve results.
• Ensure parts availability and that repairs are completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor and coordinate with panel beaters and painters for repair progress and quality.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Control accounts receivable for body and paint repair work in a timely manner.
• Work as per SOP, workshop 5S and safety working environment.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by your immediate superior from time to time.
